Frequently asked questions.
What measurements are needed to match these taper candles to holders?
Request the full height and base diameter of the finished candle. Holder compatibility should be checked with an actual sample rather than the image alone.
Are the colored soy tapers fragranced?
The color and wax description do not establish a scent. Confirm whether the selected version is scented or unscented before writing the retail description.
Does the soy wax taper description establish a drip-free candle?
No performance claim follows from the wax name alone. Request evaluation of the finished taper before publishing drip or burn characteristics.
Can the taper collection be packed as matched pairs?
A pair pack can be proposed. Specify the color combination, dimensions and quantity of each candle so the quotation and insert match the intended retail unit.
